Culture Center of Cihan University welcomed the well-known musician Farhang Xafur on 22th November 2021 at 4:00 PM with the presence of Dr. Salar Othman minister of culture, Burhan Sabir the Head of Culture Center and Badr Snjare with a remarkable number of guests.
