Cihan University organized a workshop of five days (30 hrs) on ” RNA-Seq NGS Data Analysis With Linux ” held on 24-25 August 2022. The workshop was presented by Arshia Alaiee, an academic expert in Bioinformatics. The participants were from different Universities. The workshop covered the essential resources and databases available for analyzing sequencing data and handling data interpretation. Different steps of NGS data quality evaluation and analysis as well as NGS analysis tools were explained to the participants.
