Cihan University- Erbil congratulates Dr. Qais Abdullah Nogaim for receiving a grant fellowship of US$25,000 by the Institute of International Education’s Scholar Rescue Fund (IIE-SRF) in order to support Dr. Nogaim’s studies as a visiting scholar from May 1, 2019 till April 30, 2020. Dr. Nogaim’s visiting position is being taken care of by Cihan University and all requiries and spaces for a successful study have been established as well as access to all resources and the library as intended for an efficient research.
