Abstract

Social media has become one of the most important sources of information for consumers today, the users spent more than 160 minutes daily on Social networks sites in 2018, with an increasing of more than 230% compared to 2012. The potential consumers gather information about products or services from current consumers’ opinions before the purchasing process to minimize the risk of wrong choices.
