DESCRIPTION:العنوان \nالمتطلبات القانونية والسياسية للحكومة الوطنيةص \nالملخص \nتسعى الحكومات لان تحقق اهدافها الي اعلنتها عند استلامها للسلطة من اجل اكتساب الشرعية والحصول على رضا الشعب وتجنب المساءلة البرلمانية والجماهيرية وذلك باحترامها وتمسكها بالتشريعات وتبني مبدأ الفصل بين السلطات والمحافظة على حقوق المواطنين باعتماد مبادىء العدالة والمساواة من خلال اجهزة كفوءة وقادرة على التخطيط الجيد والقدرة على تنفيذ هذه الخطط خلال التوقيتات المقررة لها بالاضافة الى تحديث التشريعات بما يتلائم والحاجات المستجدة والتطورات في كل نواحي الحياة . كما تراعي الحكومة المعايير الدولية وتنفذ التزاماتها اتجاه المجتمع الدولي بما يضمن المحافظة على سيادة الدولة وقدرتها على ادارة شؤونها الداخلية والخارجية بكفاءة عالية ودون تدخل من دول اخرى بنسبة مقبولة عالميا ، وتسطيع ادارة مواردها المالية بما يحقق التنمية والتطور في الجالات كافة واللحاق بالركب العالمي بنزاهة وشفافية تراعي النسب المقبولة عالميا وتنجح في مواجهة الازمات والكوارث المتوقعة والاستثنائية وتشارك الدول الاخرى آلامها وويلاتها . ومن الجانب السياسي تراعي متطلبات الديمقراطية وتؤمن الانتقال السلمي للسلطة وتسمح لجميع مواطنيه بالمشاركة دون تمييز لاي سبب وبالاستناد على صفة المواطنة وتحمي الحقوق المقررة للافراد في القوانين الداخلية والمواثيق الدولية . اضافة الى انتقالها الى التعامل الالكتروني في انجاز اعمالها وتواصلها داخليا وخارجيا من خلال انظمة متقدمة وآمنة ورصينة متاحة بيسر لذوي العلاقة وتوفر قاعدة معلومات لكل القطاعات . بتقديرنا ان توافر المتطلبات اعلاه سيجعل الحكومة مراعية وملبية لمصلحتها الوطنية وبذلك تكون مقبولة داخليا ، كما انها ستكون اكثر توازنا في علاقاتها الدولية واقل تاثرا بالضغوطات والمصالح الخارجية . \nالتاريخ: 3/8/2022 \nالمكان: القاعة رقم 213
