DESCRIPTION:Title \nBiological and Histological therapeutic effects of Probiotic bacteria on laboratory mice infected by Helicobacter pylori bacteria isolated from gastrointestinal patients \nAbstract \nPylorus is considered one of the most etiology of active chronic gastritis\, peptic ulcer\, ulcer and inflammation of the duodenum\, gastric cancer\, and tumors associated with the mucous layer. There is a shortage information especially in local studies concerning the Pylorus disease .\nThe aim of the study was to assess effects of probiotic bacteria on H. pylori infection on mice\, and doing an animal experiment to see the effect of treatment and prevention trials with plantarum for infected laboratory mice with H. pylori .H. pylori is the main etiological agent for more than 90% of gastrointestinal disorder. \n  \nDate: 5/24/2022 \nPlace: Hall Number 415
