DESCRIPTION:Title \nAn overview about Mediterranean Diet \nAbstract \nThe Mediterranean diet is based on the traditional foods eaten by people living in the Mediterranean region\, especially Greece Spain\, Italy\, Turkey and Lebanon. It was publicized in the 1970s by scientist Ancel Keys\, in this study\, Keys examined connections between dietary fat intake and rates of heart disease.
