DESCRIPTION:العنوان \nدور الإعلام في مواجهة الأزمات السياسية \nالملخص \nإن كلمة إعلام إنما تعني أساسا الاخبار وتقديم معلومات، أن أعلم، ويتضح في هذه العملية، عملية الاخبار، وجود رسالة إعلامية )أخبار معلومات أفكار آراء( تنتقل في اتجاه واحد من مرسل – – – إلى مستقبل، أي حديث من طرف واحد، وإذا كان المصطلح يعني نقل المعلومات والاخبار والافكار و الاراء، فهو في نفس الوقت يشمل أية إشارات أو أصوات وكل ما يمكن تلقيه أو اختزانه من أجل استرجاعه مرة أخرى عند الحاجة وبذلك فإن الإعلام يعني “تقديم الافكار والاراء والتوجهات المختلفة إلى جانب المعلومات والبيانات بحيث تكون النتيجة المتوقعة والمخطط لها مسبقا أن تعلم جماهير مستقبلي الرسالة الإعلامية كافة الحقائق ومن كافة جوانبها، بحيث يكون في استطاعتهم تكوين آراء أو أفكار يفترض أنها صائبة حيث يتحركون ويتصرفون على أساسها من أجل تحقيق التقدم والنمو الخير لأنفسهم والمجتمع الذي يعيشون فيه . كما يعني المصطلح “تقديم الاخبار والمعلومات الدقيقة الصادقة للناس، والحقائق التي تساعدهم على إدراك ما يجري حولهم وتكوين آراء صائبة في كل ما يهمهم من أمور ”. فالإعلام هو التعريف بقضايا العصر وبمشاكله، وكيفية معالجة هذه القضايا في ضوء النظريات والمبادئ التي اعتمدت لدى كل نظام أو دولة من خلال وسائل الإعلام المتاحة داخليا وخارجيا، وبالأساليب المشروعة أيضا لدى كل نظام وكل دولة. \nالمكان: بناية رقم 2 قاعة 237 \nالتاريخ: 12/2/2021
