Sunday 14th of February, 2019, the second color festival with all its numerous activities took place at Cihan University, Cultural Center. The activities that took place involved the drawing panel, the poem sessions, songs and music, make-up, handmade crafts and sculpturing memorials. This year’s Festival was larger and more entertaining than last year’s and thus became more accepted by the attendees.
