Department of English-Cihan University-Erbil in cooperation with Youth Political Development Program under the supervision of the US Department of State organized a workshop to some of Cihan University students and some other national students on how to enhance the involvement of youth in politics that leads to civic engagement. The workshop was delivered by some of the Leaders for Democracy Fellowship Program members who gave a work effort in planning and coordinating this Project. The event happened in Cihan University Campus on July 4th, 2017 for One day. The Workshop was opened by President of Cihan University, Assistant Professor Dr. Fuad MawloodSharf, Vice President, Assistant Professor Dr. Sabah Subhi Huedir, some of head of departments, and a number of students. The event included some sessions discussing different issues related to the Young and how to involve them in politics. At the end, the participants received a Certification of Participation who showed their appreciation to such valuable events that develop their skills and prepare them for future.
